What we do
Every podcast has different needs. Some hosts arrive with raw recordings and want clean, polished episodes. Others start from scratch and need help choosing a microphone. Here is a breakdown of the services we offer.
Recording sessions
Book our Dublin studio for in-person recording. We provide Shure SM7B microphones, a Rodecaster Pro II, and a quiet, treated room. Sessions run in two-hour blocks. Remote guests join via a dedicated Riverside link we set up for you.
Editing and mixing
We remove ums, long pauses, background hum, and mic bleed. Each episode gets noise reduction, EQ, compression, and loudness normalisation to -16 LUFS for Spotify and -19 LUFS for Apple Podcasts. Turnaround is five business days for a standard episode under 60 minutes.
Launch and distribution
We configure your RSS feed, write your show description, design cover art (3000 × 3000 px), and submit to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, and Google Podcasts. Most launches are live within 72 hours of final approval.
Show notes and transcripts
Each episode comes with timestamped show notes, a guest bio, and relevant links. We also offer full transcripts, formatted for accessibility and SEO. Transcripts add one extra business day to our turnaround.
How a typical project works
We keep the process simple. Most clients go from first call to published episode in under three weeks.
Discovery call
A 30-minute video call where we learn about your topic, audience, and goals. We discuss episode length, release frequency, and whether you want solo episodes, interviews, or a mix. No charge for this call.
Recording
You record in our studio or at home using gear we recommend. If you already own equipment, great. We send a short checklist covering room treatment, mic placement, and gain levels so your raw files are as clean as possible.
Post-production
Our editor removes unwanted noise, balances levels between speakers, and adds your intro and outro music. We send a draft for review. You get two rounds of revisions included in every package.
Publish
Once you approve the final file, we upload it to your hosting platform, attach show notes, and schedule the release. You receive a link to share on social media the same day.
